BUGAATI VEYRON
BUGATTI VEYRON, was named as the car of the decade by the BBC television, program ‘top gear’, the worlds most ferocious and the fastest car, built and designed by the German Volkswagen group and originated by BUGATTI automobiles in France, at their headquarters. The car was named after the race driver, Pierre Veyron, who had won the very famous event known as the “le mans race”, while driving for the genuine BUGATTI VEYRON group. the car features a eight liter, sixteen cylinder, w16 engine, this mammoth engine is further accompanied by four turbo chargers, which when all combined produces a staggering 1200 horsepower and a torque swelling up to 1100 pound-feet.

the VEYRON comes with a semi or fully automatic mode, the seven gear ratio with magnesium paddles behind the steering wheel gives a shift time of less than one fifty Milliseconds. The brakes of the car uses a cross drilled, radial-ly vented carbon fiber composite discs,

which have a greater resistance to break friction and can overcome heat produced easily compared to the traditional iron discs. the top speed of the VEYRON, was put to the test by the top gear team in collaboration with the Volkswagen group’s private test track on November 2006, where James may of top gear drove the car on the amazing track and recorded a top speed of 407.9 km/h (253.5 mph),

and the car became the fastest car ever built, leaving behind the ENZO Ferrari and the Koenigsegg. Since 2005 two hundred BUGAATI VEYRONS have been sold, because of its high price and immense power, the VEYRON still remains a force to be reckoned with.
