Tourists who knowingly do illegal stuff and
take chances face a no of liabilities. The Mediterranean
sea is a very attractive tourist spot and people
travel to places they are not allowed to enter
as a result of which many of them are kidnapped
by the pirates,
or hijacked or robbed of their
valuables and their passports which in turn
create heavy problems for the country and as
a result of which ransoms have to be paid in
the form of money, which France says it never
pays and the tourist are charged heavily for
the rescue of their valuables.
Every year many
of the yachts are hijacked by the pirates, including
killings of many on board tourists too. Many
steps have been taken by the country in order
to educate the tourists more bout such crimes
and the consequences they will have to pay.
Many countries like Germany have also taken
different steps in order to help protect its
tourist as they are accountable to the country’s
income.
