As the population of Europe Is day by day increasing, the health care cost is also increasing day by day but the quality of this service decreasing. Europe has a majority of aging population that needs good health care facility and opportunities. Europe spends a lot less as compared to other countries on the burning issue of health. Health has always been the major issue and a concern to the people of Europe. Technological advancement has made man a selfish, greedy human being. This system was earlier was an insurance company until it recreated itself into a system that intend to make health care available to all. Germany has the oldest universal health care system. This system varies according to the degree of involvement by the government in care of health. Each year Europe spends millions on pharmaceutical research and development in order to provide its people with the best health care which is now slowly declining. Every employer in Europe provides its employee with the basic health care package which covers all of its medical care and insurances benefits which are almost free. Employee old age benefit programs are also on the rise in order to provide health facilities to retirees or old age employees.

 

 

 

Dispensaries are available all across Europe thanks to the health care system. Different aids awareness programs are held with the help of local media. The government hands out insurance cards to the nationals who can avail them during bad times. Health care systems in Europe should invest in its health system.
