The club at the international level has won three European cups. The club was amongst the official UEFA cup holders in the year 1991, 1994 and in 1998, and also wining 2 continental cups, one in 1964 and the other in 1965. Inter plays at the largest stadium, the san siro, which was named after a football player Giuseppe Meazza .

the stadium is also accompanied by AC Milan, the club trains at he Angelo Moratti sports club, which is almost thirty kilometers away form the stadium. The club has never been relegated and enjoys its position amongst the top tier of the football clubs.
