KOENIGSEGG
The KOENISEGG is a Swedish manufacturer of high performance racing cars, located in Angelholm. The company confirmed that they will be purchasing the Saab automobile in 2009, but later on the deal was scrapped. The Swedish company came into being in 1994, with the intentions of producing world class racing cars, and after much failed attempts and many prototypes, the company launched its car in 2002.After that the company produced more better versions of the car and in 2006 the company produced a version known as the “KOENISEGG CCX” version, which was phenomenal, and caught the eyes of many racing cars lovers and the car currently competes with the worlds fastest car,

the BUGATTI VEYRON. The CCX version of the car was so fast, that during the photo shoot of the car, at the BBC’s top gear program, the cameraman and the photographer complained the car to be very fast, as they couldn’t keep up with the car, and couldn’t get a still photo of the car,

when it was moving on the road. And CCX still holds the record of getting the biggest speeding ticket ever issued, 242 miles/hour in Texas. Apart from producing KOENIGSEGG line of cars the company is currently involved in the development program of “green technology” and it successfully produced the CCXR “flower car”,

which is a very eco friendly car. The company also holds rights and patents with the engine development area. The KOENIGSEGG CCXR was chosen amongst the top ten most beautiful cars in history in 2009.
