European countries offer free, or
very low cost, university education.
But in some countries, such as Sweden,
you must be a citizen of that country.
Other countries, you must be a resident.
Still other countries, such as Scotland,
you must be a resident of the EU or
of Scotland. Still others are more
open than that - they'll accept you
and let you go for free even if you
aren't from that country and aren't
a citizen of that country. However,
you must be fluent in the local language.
And Czech and Icelandic are not easy
to learn. Education in Europe can
