The Porsche boxter

The Porsche boxter is a mid engine roadster built by the automaker Porsche. the boxster was Porsche second roadster vehicle, since the 550 spyder, that was earlier designed by Porsche as a roadster version the first generation of the boxter was designed and introduced in 1997,and it had a 2.%L flat 6-cylinder engine. Later on in the a new boxters version was introduced in200 with a larger and more powerful engine with a 3.2 L motor, whereas the base model of the boxter version received a more powerful engine having a2.7 L and upgraded styling and engine performance was also improved. In 2005 the Porsche revealed its new generation of boxster,

the type 9887.the 9787 had a more powerful engine and the styling on the car was improved a lot, and was inspired by the Porsches Carrere GT. engine output was further increased in 2007, when the Porsches boxter received new engines from their corresponding Porsche Cayman variants.

In 2009, the boxster received several new cosmetic and mechanical updates, which helped it increasing the engine performance and better engine output. Manufacturing of the boxtser 986 began at the former posrche 928 manufacturing facility.

The company valmet automotive also manufactured boxster under the contract of Porsche The boxters, roadster version was Porsches biggest volume seller, fro the day it was introduced, until the company introduced cayenne SUV in 2003.
