Volleyball in Europe
Volley ball is an Olympic game, in which players are divided by a net and both the teams’ tries to score by hitting the ball and grounding it on the opponent’s side. The player on the team serving will hit the ball in the air, while players from both the teams try their best to smash the ball to the ground .when the ball comes in contact with the floor a point is awarded, provided the ball is falling within the limits of the court. Each player has a specific set of skills for e.g. one player would serve the ball, one will pass it, one will attack and so on soon the Europeans national federations started discussing the need for an international body for the sporting Europe, which gave rise to the FIVB. Which was founded in Paris,

 

 

 

around 14 federations ,representing about 5 different continents from all over, attended the meeting ,whose sole purpose was to make volley ball more common among the masses and to protect it. Men and women are can both play volley ball easily, and surprisingly,

 

 

 

European women jus love playing volley ball, and you’ll more women than men loving and having a passion for this game. The goals of FIVB are to organize and plan volley ball events with other teams internationally. Europe, globally, is the best continents with the best players and the best teams.

 

 

 

The FIVB, organization is also laid down many rules and regulation for the players, and many changes have been made during the recent years so, that, to promote and market the game. The FIVB is the authority in volley ball in Europe and maintains a strict check on its players and encourages it players to go through a routine doping test in order to protect the game and the players.
